Working with the business sector MD we designed a Talent Management Programme to run over a one year span, aimed at retaining and developing some of the individuals identified as having 'High Potential' within the organisation.
Feedback from the key stakeholders indicated that within the first 2 sessions the programme had shown a significant ROI in retaining key individuals and improving morale. The increased knowledge, strategic behaviours and productive attitude of attendees has been noted throughout the organisation.
The programme was so popular that the attendees lobbied the MD to extend it!
