Worked with the senior management team on strategic thinking, retention of talent and tying everyone in to achieving the annual target.

Designed a 3 day programme to help consultants understand the sales process, get comfortable with it and put together a game-plan for how they can add value.

Delivered a presentation skills workshop for senior consultants. The attendees were tasked with being the ‘advert’ for Symantec services, yet many had never had any public speaking training.  The programme enabled them to be delivering talks (within a week) to 400+ delegates, and generating business conversations as a result.
